STAMPED CAKE: An essential tool for baking delicious sweet and savory cakes. Equipped with the Obsidian technology, the Stamped cake ensures a beautiful coloring of your preparations. Easy to use and functional, it supports a maximum temperature of 250°C.

QUALITY MATERIALS : The OBSIDIAN GOBEL non-stick product line, guaranteed for 10 years, is made of very high quality coated steel. The thickness of the steel is increased by 20% compared to our classic non-stick steel plates (i.e. 0.6 mm) for even greater strength. This new two-layer ceramic reinforced non-stick is more resistant to sugar and jam and favors the caramelization of your preparations.

EASY TO REMOVE: No need to add fat to the bottom of your mould before baking. Thanks to the Obsidian non-stick coating and the movable bottom of your mold, your preparations will be unmolded without difficulty for a perfect result.
