Marcel was created with the aim of rediscovering the spirit of the old bread ovens.

It is easy to transport and simple to use thanks to its rear combustion (wood logs, pellets or coal) and its patented flame block valve system, allowing to master all types of cooking: Pizza, grills (450 to 500°C), breads, meats, vegetables; stewed dishes, pastries (150 to 250°C).

The Marcel oven also allows cold smoking.

With its complete stainless steel structure, ceramic fiber interior insulation and a professional probe thermometer, MARCEL is designed to offer restaurant quality cooking.
