The BRON adjustment system (camshaft) ensures optimum cutting precision. Equipped with the new ergonomic manual protection pusher, a registered design that guarantees safe operation.

JAPANESE CULTURE: Light weight and easy to handle, the Compact-PRO BASALTE is equipped with a diagonal, honeycombed blade, made in THIERS (France), which limits the adhesion of vegetables during cutting. The exceptional quality of the blade and combs ensures fast, precise cutting.

SOLIDITY AND ADAPTABILITY: Its streamlined design allows easy adaptation to receptacles. Ideal for use on GN1:1 or 1:2 containers (horizontal cuts).
