FOR TASTY FLANKS : The Perforared custard tart pan with loose bottom allows the baking of tasty flanks. The perforations allow excess moisture to pass through for even cooking. Its movable bottom makes it possible to remove from the mould in the blink of an eye. Easy to use and functional, it can withstand a maximum temperature of 250°C.
